Downstairs you will find a further 2 bedrooms both with en suite bathrooms and air conditioned.
The fifth bedroom is located on the lower level of the house, where you can also find a cinema room, gym, games room and garage for 3 cars.
The kitchen is well equipped and has an island and back door leading out to the barbecue, terrace and swimming pool area.
The dining room is off of the kitchen and the living room has patio doors leading out to the pool.
There are various beaches nearby such as Trafal, Loulé Velho, Quarteira and Vale Garrão. Vale de Lobo, Quinta do Lago and Almancil are just 5 minutes away.
