As you enter the house you will be greeted by a warm hallway, off of this hallway you have the kitchen, laundry room with a washing machine and a downstairs WC.

To get to the open plan living / dining room you have to pass a central atrium that has a glass wall that lets the light flood into the whole house.

The living / dining room, has patio doors which open out to the private terrace area that hosts the BBQ and outdoor patio furniture. At the end of the terrace you have a gate that leads you down to the large grass area, shared swimming pool and tennis court.
